As for the announcement in Runet discussed somewhere inside The Thread, it basically tells nothing new: FacePalm users are now free to log into LJ to spam, troll, and shop; LiveJournal Russia's head says how LJ users are gonna wet their panties with joy due to that; beside embarrasing LJers on FacePalm, everybody's also free to do so using Twirper.
